The 2017 Patient Experience Summit is pleased to welcome poster abstract submissions for consideration. Poster abstracts should describe an established best practice, developing program or research project which enhances or explores patient or employee experience.
Submission deadline
The submission deadline is January 13, 2017. Submitters will be notified of acceptance by January 27, 2017 via email from peposters@ccf.org.
Guidelines
Poster abstracts should align with the themes and tracks of the Summit and are welcomed from a variety of professional disciplines. Poster abstracts with established outcomes will be given highest priority. Topics include:

Submit your poster abstract by completing the online poster submission form on this page. All submissions will be reviewed by a blinded review panel. The highest scoring abstracts will be displayed during the Featured Poster session and each author will have 10 minutes to present their work. Primary authors selected to display will receive a 50% discount on the full Summit registration fee.
Submission for award consideration

Publication in the Journal of Patient Experience (JPE) - Summit attendees will vote for the “best poster abstract”. One recipient will be recognized during the Patient Experience Empathy + Innovation Summit and published in the JPE.

Practice of the Year Award -The Association for Patient Experience Practice of the Year Award is an annual award designed to honor outstanding innovations or improvements that enhance the patient experience and promote best practice development through the exchange of ideas among peers. One recipient will be selected as the winner and presented an award during the Patient Experience Empathy + Innovation Summit.
